Tatami is a rental management platform built to simplify rent collection, tenant management, and property administration for landlords and tenants in Qatar. When the founders approached Ninth Theory, they had a vision but needed a team that could think fast, execute efficiently, and bring their startup to life without delays.

In just six months, we built Tatami from scratch. We worked closely with the founders to refine their initial ideas, developed the brand, designed a structured marketing strategy, and delivered a fully functional MVP while ensuring investor readiness.
